Please note that e-mail is not a real-time protocol. Delivery can take up to 24 hours, which is still considered successful.
Delays may not always be on Prisma's side. Shippers' systems, such as antivirus scanners, spam filters, or mail servers-can also slow down delivery. Since these are outside our control, unfortunately, we cannot influence them.
For time-critical processes, we recommend using the Shipper API, which provides faster and more reliable delivery than e-mail.
