How to Register Your Organisation on PRISMA?

Overview

To join the PRISMA Platform, your organization must complete the registration process at PRISMA Registration. The first user registered will automatically be assigned the user administrator role, so please ensure that the supporting documentation listed below is ready to upload before you begin.

Note: If your organization already holds a PRISMA account and wishes to reserve Hydrogen capacity, no separate registration is required. Simply notify the relevant Hydrogen Transport Network Operator (HTNO), who will then inform us so that your organization can be enabled for the Hydrogen FCFS service.


Registration Roadmap

The registration process consists of four stages:

  1. Request: Complete the registration steps and provide the mandatory details and documents outlined below.
  2. Confirmation: Confirm your registration data and verify your email address.
  3. Review: Our Customer Success Team will review and approve your application, and will contact you directly if any further clarification is required.
  4. Approval: Once approved, you will receive your credentials to access the platform.

Instructions

To register your organization for the first time, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Guidelines and Subscription Type
  1. Go to PRISMA Registration.
  2. Prepare the following mandatory documents:
    • The Power of Attorney form, signed with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) by a person authorized to sign on behalf of your organization.
    • A current extract from your Commercial Registry (no older than three months), confirming the establishment of your organization and listing the representatives authorized to sign on its behalf.
  1. Click Start.



Step 2: Organization Details

In this step, please enter your organization's details:

  1. Complete all mandatory fields for your organization's address.
  2. Indicate whether your organization holds an Energy Identification Code (EIC).
    For further information, please consult: Energy Identification Code (EIC). Most organizations are required to provide an EIC in order to join the platform; however, an exemption may be granted in specific circumstances.
    Note: Without an EIC, your organization cannot be active in the European natural gas market. You will, however, still be able to reserve Hydrogen capacity, subject to agreement with the relevant HTNO.
  3. If your organization holds an EIC, enter it in the corresponding field; the organization name and VAT will then be filled in automatically. If your organization does not hold an EIC, please enter the organization name and VAT manually.
  4. Click Next.


 
Step 3: User Details

In this step, please provide your user details. As the first registered user, you will also serve as the first administrator of the organization.

  1. Complete all mandatory user details. As an administrator, your email address must be personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable, and must clearly contain or refer to your name.
  2. Upload the signed Power of Attorney form together with a copy of your Commercial Registry extract.
  3. Optional: If you are unable to use a mobile token for two-factor authentication, click Can't Use Mobile Token?. Please note that the mobile token offers the same level of security as the hardware option and is considerably more convenient.
  4. Click Next.


 

Step 4: Terms and Conditions

To complete your registration:

  1. Review and accept our General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy by ticking the corresponding boxes.
  2. Click Submit Registration.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from PRISMA containing a verification link. Please click the link to confirm your email address. Your application will then be reviewed by our team, and your login credentials will be issued upon approval.

 

 

If you have registered as a Natural Gas Shipper, you can log in with your credentials and add the Shipper role to your organization. To trade with operators, you will then need to request assignments with each of them. In the meantime, you can already browse our operators' page and prepare the required documentation.

If you wish to register as a Hydrogen Shipper, please contact the relevant HTNO so that they can inform us. Once this step is completed, you will be able to reserve Hydrogen FCFS capacity via the PRISMA Platform.
