In this article, you can find out how to register to the PRISMA Support Portal where you will find our knowledge base and be able to manage your tickets with the Customer Success Team.
To register, do as follows:
1. Go to the PRISMA Support Portal
2. Click on "Sign up"
3. Provide a valid email address
4. Complete the CAPTCHA
5. Press on "Register"
You will then receive an instructions email for creating your password.
6. Use your email and newly created password to log into the support portal
Note: If after pressing the "Register" button you receive the following error, it means that your email address has already been registered on our support portal.
In this case, please follow the "Forgot your password?" procedure.
