Sometimes, a report downloaded from the platform might not be shown properly in Excel, for instance, when it comes to the regulated tariff or other fees.

This happens because the PRISMA Platform uses the English system separators - this means the "," is the separator for thousands whilst the "." is the separator for decimals - and if Excel is using the non-English system, this could lead to improper display of the numbers.

But don't worry!
You do not have to change the entire Excel settings to see the correct data.

Instead, you can proceed with a format conversion.

For Mac users

Mac users should follow the below instructions:

  1. Download the desired report from the Reporting section of from the Reporting Wizard

  2. Open a blank Excel spreadsheet:

  3. Click on the Data tab and select Get Data (Power Query):

  4. Select as a data source Text/CSV:
  5. Click on Next (here you will have the chance to see a preview of the imported data) and then finish the process by clicking on Load.

For Microsoft users

Microsoft users should follow the below instructions:

  1. Download the desired report from the Reporting section of from the Reporting Wizard

  2. Open a blank Excel spreadsheet:

  3. Click on Data > From Text/CSV:

  4. Select the desired report, then Import:

  5. You will be shown a preview of the new format. Click on Load to have the report in the desired format:
