Platform Error - Capturing Screenshots

Here you'll find instructions on how to capture screenshots of error codes to submit for further analysis. These screenshots will help agents identify problems in the platform with greater precision and speed.

NOTE: We strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox to access the PRISMA Platform.


  1. Press the button F12 to open the "Developer Tool"
  2. Click on the "Network" Tab
  3. Repeat the action for which you received an error -- registration, bid, upload etc.
  4. See if there is an Error Message in the list on the "Developer Tool"
  5. Click on it and select the tab "Body" on the upper right corner.
  6. Take a screenshot.
