Here you'll find instructions on how to capture screenshots of the error codes to submit for further analysis. These screenshots will help agents to identify problems in the platform with greater precision and speed.

We strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox to access the PRISMA Platform.


1. Press the button F12 to open the "Developer Tool"
2. Click on the "Network" Tab
3. Try again to register a user on the platform
4. See if there is an Error Message in the list
5. Click on it and and select the tab body on the upper right corner.
6. Take a screenshot
