1. After logging in the PRISMA platform, it is possible to change your user details in the 'Account settings' section.
2. By accessing this section and selecting the sub-menu "User details" you will be able to change some of your user's information with the only exception of the email address and first/last name.
All of the above changes could also be done by the shipper administrator on their "User Overview" page. For more details on how to do so, please see 'Shipper admin' >> 'User overview'.
NOTE: User name and email can only be changed through the PRISMA Customer Success Team by submitting a written form.
