Overview
As an admin, you can reactivate a temporarily deactivated user. If you have temporarily deactivated a user who is now ready to resume their activities on PRISMA, you can easily grant them access to their account by reactivating them. Unless the operators have decided to deactivate their assignments, all their assignments should still be active.
Instructions
To reactivate a user, do as follows:
1. Log into your account;
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner;
3. Then, click on "User Management" on the drop-down menu;
4. Now, click on "Details" in the row of the relevant user;
5. On the user details page, click on "Reactivate" in the User Status tile:
6. Finally, after five seconds, confirm the reactivation in the pop-up window:
