Overview
As a shipper admin of your company, you may change some of your company's user details without contacting PRISMA.
Note: This article describes the process of editing user details which will go live on 1st March 2023. Until then, you should edit the details of your company's users in accordance with How to edit the details of my shipper users?
Instructions
To edit the details of your company's users, log into your account and do as follows:
1. Click on the gear icon on the top-right side of the page;
2. Select "User Management":
3. A list of all your company's users will open. Click on the "Details" of the user you would like to edit:
4. In the "Contact Data" card, click on "Edit":
5. You will be able to edit salutation and phone numbers of the user; any other changes will have to be requested to the Customer Success Team at [email protected] via the relevant Form 3.
6. Save the changes before leaving the page:
The changes are saved and are active immediately.
