Overview
If you perform a transaction, like surrender, conversion or trade, based on capacity you have acquired on the primary or secondary market, you will be able to see the ID of that transaction in the details of the original deal.
Note: you will be able to see your affiliate transactions only if the relevant operator subscribes to PRISMA's Capacity Management module.
To know where to find the affiliate transaction view, follow the instructions below.
Instructions
1. Log into your account;
2. Click on "Reporting";
3. Select "My Transactions": you will land in the overview of all your company's transactions.
4. Find the transaction based on which a conversion, surrender or trade was performed, then click on the three dots in the "Actions" column and enter the details:
