Overview
As a shipper admin, can edit some of your company details: namely, (1) company address, (2) bank details, (3) billing address and add (4) a capacity user DVGW code.
Instructions
To change your details, do as follows:
1. Log into your account and click on the gear icon in the top-right corner;
2. Then, select "Company Information";
3. Finally, click on the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the tile.
The page will then change to editing mode and you will be able to edit the information you're allowed to change.
Note: To change the name, the EIC, the DVGW code and VAT number of your company, you must provide Form 2: Change of company information to helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu.
