I don't receive any SMS message when I try to use the fallback authentication procedure. What do I do?

If you don't receive any SMS message upon request, there are two possible problems: (1) the mobile phone number is incorrect, or (2) there might be a connection problem between the phone networks of Germany and your home country.  

So, first, check whether you provided the correct mobile number. If so, please contact our Customer Support Team (helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu).
