I don't receive any SMS message when I try to use the fallback authentication procedure. What do I do?

If you don't receive any SMS message upon request, there are two possible problems: (1) the mobile phone number is incorrect, or (2) there might be a connection problem between the phone networks of Germany and your home country.  

So, first, check whether you provided the correct mobile number. If so, please contact our Customer Support Team ([email protected]).
