The first round of a long-term auction lasts three hours. Each subsequent round lasts one hour until the auction is finished. Between each round, there's a one-hour break.
Example:
1st Round: 9 to 12.
Break: 12 - 13.
2nd Round: 13 - 14.
Break: 14 - 15.
3rd Round: 15 - 16.
