Do network point names follow a logic which can be used consistently to uniquely identify them in the PRISMA API?

TSOs are not obliged to follow a naming pattern for their network points. Some network points have the same name but different IDs for both ENTRY and EXIT capacities, and some do not. Some have the same IDs for EXIT and ENTRY capacities but different names.
Sometimes different TSOs use the same network point name, so it is not possible to distinguish the network point by name alone. If you cross-reference the TSO ID, though or have your relevant network point's ID, the differentiation is an easy thing to be done.
