Both the 'note' and the 'generalNote' fields contain text (which can be formatted in html) that has been uploaded by the TSO with the auction. The 'generalNote' field contains a note that is relevant for all auctions uploaded by that TSO, whereas the 'note' field contains a text that is specific to the individual auction.
