What format do values for capacity quantity and surcharge/tariff have in the PRISMA API?

The values for capacity quantity will always be integer values (e.g. '2000000') and the values for surcharge and tariff will allow decimal fractions (e.g. '0,' '1,' 0.5,' '1.15642345').

Note: For decimals, the English decimal system is used (e.g. 1.5).
