My company does not have a User Administrator (Shipper Admin). How do we assign one?

The appointment of a shipper admin is done by providing the PRISMA Customer Success Team with the requested documents

You need to submit the filled Power of Attorney form and an updated copy of the company's registry extract to helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu.
