Overview
If you've activated the FCFS functionality on PRISMA, you can customize the service to your business needs. One of these customizable settings are Balancing Groups and Portfolio Codes. You choose whether to require Balancing Groups, Portfolio Codes or neither.
Instructions
To activate either Balancing Groups or Portfolio Codes, do as follows:
1. Log into your account;
2. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the page;
3. Then, click on "Regular FCFS" on the drop-down menu;
4. Now, click on "Edit" inside the appropriate tile.
On the editing page, configure the options as you please:
1. Choose whether to activate Balancing Groups, Portfolio Codes or neither;
2. For short-term products, choose whether to make entering it mandatory, optional or non-applicable;
3. For long-term products, choose whether to make entering it mandatory, optional or non-applicable;
4. Finally, click on "Save Changes."
