Overview
You can now check the availability of FCFS capacity directly on the PRISMA Platform. This functionality essentially consists in the first step of the FCFS booking process which shippers must undertake.
Instructions
To check the FCFS availability at one of your network points, do as follows:
1. Log into your account;
2. Click on "Transport" on the top blue menu;
3. Then, click on "FCFS Booking" right below;
Now enter the details of the capacity you'd like to check:
Network Point: the location where the capacity is marketed;
Capacity Category: the type of capacity you'd like to check;
Capacity Amount: the amount of capacity you'd like to check;
Runtime Type: the specific period during which the capacity should be delivered;
Runtime: the exact dates during which the capacity should be available.
Once you've entered these details, click on "Check Availability."
