Overview
While the Offer Submission Phase of an AggregateEU tender is still ongoing, you may withdraw a gas supply offer that you have placed. If you do so, your offer will no longer be considered in the matching process. However, in case you simply want to edit your offer, please check this article: How to Edit Your Sale Offer in a Tender?
Instructions
To withdraw your offer, do as follows:
1. Log into your account;
2. Click on "AggregateEU" on the top blue menu;
3. Then, click on "Tendering and Matching" right below;
4. Finally, in the tile of relevant tender, click on "Withdraw Offer."
Then, confirm that you wish to withdraw your offer by clicking on "Withdraw Offer" in the pop-up window.
