How to add or remove an assignment from one of my shipper users?

Overview


As an admin, you can also manage your users' operator assignments. It's possible to either add new ones or cancel old ones.


Instructions


To manage your users' assignments, do as follows:


1. Log into your account;


2. Click on "Shipper Admin" on the top menu;


3. Then, click on "User Overview" on the left side menu (initial page);


4. Click on "Details" next to user that you wish to deactivate.



Then, in the user details page:


1. Click on "Edit" right above the operator list;




2. Then, depending on what you wish to do, either click on "Add New Operator" or on the trash can icon by the operator to be removed.
