If your company is already registered at PRISMA, adding new users is quite simple. Start the registration of your user by clicking on the "Register" button in the top menu bar. (Alternatively, if appointed as a shipper admin, you can register additional users via the Shipper Admin tab.)

If your company has already registered on PRISMA, its information will be auto-filled in the registration form. Be sure to confirm that the information is correct before continuing to the next step. 


Next, enter your user details and select what type of token you would like to use: physical token device or mobile app.


Contacts have already been provided during the registration of your company's first user, and so no further contacts need to be added.



Select the TSOs with which you would like to request an assignment. You can search for TSOs by using the search field at the top of the screen. Be sure to read and approve the GTCs for each of them.
