Overview


Some public financial institutions are willing to assess requests to provide financial support for gas purchase in line with their rules and commercial practices and subject to the specific conditions set out below.

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD): if gas supplies are for one of its countries of operation (check the article for details).


Export Finance Norway (EKSFIN): if gas is supplied directly or indirectly from a gas supplier with license to operate on the Norwegian continental shelf (check the article for details).


Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK): if the buyers and suppliers of gas come from Poland.


Exim Banca Românească: If the gas buyers or suppliers are from Romania.


Finnvera: If gas supplies are for Finland.


SACE: if buyers or suppliers are from Italy.


Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO): If gas supplies are for Spanish companies.


EXIMBANKA Slovakia: if buyers and suppliers are Slovak.
