What do I do after I have requested an assignment with an operator? 

After you request an assignment, the operator needs documents from your company before it can approve the request. To complete your application, do as follows:

  1. Check which documents the operator requires. PRISMA lists them on the confirmation page after you submit the request, and on the operator's page under Market Information > Market Participants.
  2. Prepare the documents.
  3. Send them to the operator in the way it asks for, for example by email or by post.
  4. Wait for the operator to review and approve your request. Approval times vary by operator.

 

Send the documents directly to the operator, not to PRISMA.

 

You can follow the status of your request on the Assignments page under Operators: it shows Waiting for Approval until the operator decides.
