I'm trying to register my company, but I receive the error "You don't have permission to do this action"

If the error "You don't have permission to do this action" appears after submitting your company registration application, the cause is most likely the documents uploaded in step 3 (Power of Attorney and Company Registry Extract). To resolve the error, follow these steps: 1. Return to step 3 of the registration process. 2. Remove both attachments (Power of Attorney and Company Registry Extract). 3. Re-attach both documents. 4. Complete and submit the registration process.

If the error persists after re-uploading the documents, open your browser's developer tools (press F12, or right-click the page and select "Inspect", then go to the Console or Network tab), take a screenshot of the error displayed there, make a screenshot of the error shown in the developer's tool and send it to helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu.
