Why Can't I See the Create Reshuffle Request Button?

Create Reshuffle Request only appears on auction transactions that PRISMA currently treats as eligible, so it is hidden whenever the transaction no longer qualifies.

The usual reasons are:

  • The 10-day window since allocation has closed.
  • The product is not a Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly firm product at a TSO network point.
  • The transaction has been converted, or has an open surrender or conversion request against it.
  • No capacity able for reshuffling remains on it, because earlier reshuffles have used it up.

Eligibility is re-checked continuously, so a transaction that showed the action yesterday can stop showing it today.
