Which Capacity Can Be Reshuffled?
Both sides of a reshuffle have to qualify in their own right:
| Requirement |
Newly booked capacity |
Existing contracted capacity
| Product type | Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly, firm |
Contract runtime of 1 year or more
| Capacity category | Firm | Fixed freely allocable (FZK) or dynamically allocable (DZK) | |
| Network point | Belongs to TSO |
Belongs to TSO | |
| Timing | Allocated within the last 10 days |
No timing limit | |
| Runtime | Ends before the end of the next gas year |
|
The network point and direction of the newly booked capacity must also differ from at least one of your multi-year transactions, and neither side may have been converted or have an open surrender request against it.
If an annual product spans several gas years, only the first gas year can be reshuffled.
