Overview
Within-Day auctions take place every day, starting at the top of every hour, all day long.
Within-Day auctions run on the same uniform-price auction algorithm as Day-Ahead auctions. There's no Bidding Plan (formerly Comfort Bid) functionality for Within-Day auctions. Every Within-Day auction publishes and starts at the same time, and finishes 3.5 hours before its product runtime begins.

Rollover
If you didn't receive an allocation in the Day-Ahead auction, PRISMA can roll your Day-Ahead bid for the first slot over into the first Within-Day auction.

PRISMA places a rolled-over bid only if both conditions are met:
- The TSOs offer capacity in the Within-Day auction at the relevant network point.
- The Day-Ahead auction wasn't cancelled or interrupted.
The starting price and available capacity in the Within-Day auction may differ from the Day-Ahead auction.
