Overview
Shipper admins can now upgrade other users of their company to the admin role directly in their account by providing a filled out Power of Attorney form.
This form will then be available for download for you, provided this shipper company has an active assignment to your operator.
Note: This process is available in the TEST environment only at the moment.
Instructions
To download the Power of Attorney forms uploaded by a shipper admin to upgrade another user of his company to admin, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account;
2. Navigate to the "Shippers" menu;
3. Find the company and enter its details:
4. Now select the "Show Admins" button to view the complete list of admins of that company on the PRISMA platform.
5. For admins that have been upgraded by already-existing admins of the company, you will have the possibility to download the PoA form:
