How Do I Check the Status of a Reshuffle Request?

Open the request from My Transactions: the details page header shows Pending, Approved or Rejected together with the relevant timestamp.

If the TSO rejected the request, the Request Details card also shows the reason. PRISMA notifies everyone in your organisation who holds the reshuffling permission and has notifications switched on, so you do not need to check the page repeatedly.
