How can I change company information?
Only the shipper administrator can change the main company information. To do so, go to 'Shipper admin', 'Company data' and then click on the pencil icon on the top-right side of the page. The administrator can edit all company information except the following fields, which require submitting Form 2 (see below):
- EIC code
- DVGW code
- Company name
- VAT number
To change any of the fields listed above, please complete form 2 and send it to the PRISMA Customer Success Team at helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu.
