The total price of the auction consists in (1) the starting price plus (2) the auction surcharge, if there are any. If the product is unbundled, then the starting price is the regulated tariff of the TSO plus additional fees, if applicable. If the product is bundled, then the starting prices is the sum of the regulated tariff and the additional fees of both TSOs.
