What information is shown in the 'note' and 'generalNote' fields of the PRISMA API?
Both the 'note' and the 'generalNote' fields contain text (which can be formatted in html) that has been uploaded by the TSO with the auction. The 'generalNote' field contains a note that is relevant for all auctions uploaded by that TSO, whereas the 'note' field contains a text that is specific to the individual auction.
