What happens if I don't pay my invoices?

If you do not pay your invoices on time, the following escalation steps will be applied in sequence:

1. First, the TSO (Transmission System Operator) will send you a payment reminder in the form of an arrears notice, which you can find in the Invoices overview. If you pay the outstanding amount at this stage, no further escalation will occur. 
2. If you fail to do that, you will be prevented from performing activities in the primary market for that TSO. 
3. After that, your ability to nominate previously purchased capacity will be suspended. 
4. The final escalation step is the revocation of your capacity rights. Unlike all previous steps, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
