PRISMA Temporary Password not working?

Overview:

When you register on the PRISMA Platform, you will receive an email containing a one-time password that lets you log in for the first time. Once logged in, you will be asked to set up your own password. If the one-time password is not accepted, the cause is almost always one of the two issues below.

Why is my one-time password not being accepted?

In most cases, an extra space has been copied along with the password. If you double-click the password in the email to select it, a blank space is often added at the end. To avoid this, select the password manually with your cursor, or paste it into the login field and delete any trailing space before submitting.

What if my one-time password no longer works?

The password is valid for 24 hours only. If it has expired, please contact Customer Success at helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu and a new one will be issued.
