Can I Trade or Surrender Capacity in a Pending Reshuffle Request?

You can not trade or surrender capacity in a pending reshuffle request.
From the moment you submit, PRISMA reserves that capacity until the TSO approves or rejects the request.

While the request is pending, the reserved capacity cannot be:

• Traded on the secondary market.
• Allocated to a balancing group.
• Converted or surrendered.
• Committed to another reshuffle request.
