Overview
As a shipper admin, you may change some of your user details without contacting PRISMA: namely, (1) their phone number and (2) the types of notifications they receive by email.
Instructions
To edit the details of your company users, do as follows:
1. Log into your account;
2. Click on "Shipper Admin" on the top menu;
3. Then, click on "User Overview" on the left side menu (initial page);
4. Click on "Details" next to user that you wish to deactivate.
Once you are on the details page:
1. Click on the "Edit" button in the "Contact Data" tile;
2. Change the relevant details;
3. Then, confirm the changes.
