Overview
The majority of your company's information, such as company address, billing address and bank details, can only be edited by the shipper admin in his section.
However, as a user, you are still able to edit certain details.
Instructions
1. Log in;
2. Go to "Account settings". You will land in the "Company information" page.
3. Here you will be able to see the details of your company: EIC, DVGW code, name and address.
4. You will be able to select the option to have your company name's published on the PRISMA platform.
5. Also, you can enter more information concerning your company address, like PO box number, postcode and city.
6. Once you are done, save the changes.
Note: keep in mind that the changes will be active the following day at 06:00 am.
