How to Add a Second Recipient for Confirmation Email

Overview

After every successful FCFS booking or participation in an auction, confirmations are sent to your e-mail address.


If you would like a second person to receive such notifications, you can easily add a second recipient by doing as described below.


Instructions


1. Click on "Account settings";


2. Go to "User details";


3. Choose one of the company contacts in "Copy auction/booking confirmations & secondary notifications to";

4. Save the changes.


If the contact that you would like to receive a copy of your confirmations does not appear in the list, you must first add it in the "Contacts" section.
