I got a new phone. How can I get another QR-code to reactivate my mobile token?

To receive a new QR-code, (1) log into your account, (2) click on the user icon on the top right side of the screen and then (3) click on "User Profile." On that page, click on "Generate New QR-code." If that doesn't work, please contact our Customer Success Team at helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu
