In order to manage your tickets, first you should log into the portal.
After the login, you can either click on "Tickets" at the top right corner of the page or on "Check Ticket Status" in the middle of the page. Like so:
In the tickets area you will be able to check the status of your tickets, the date they were created and the agents responsible for them. You can also export, filter and sort your tickets in accordance with your prefered criterion.
In the body of each ticket, you can see your conversation with the responsible agent. After the ticket is resolved, you can rate the quality of the service and, at any time, you can reopen the ticket simply by replying to it.
