To ensure the security of your user account, we are using two-factor authentication. Which means you have to enter the following information in order to login into the PRISMA Platform:
- Email address
The Token will be provided to you as soon as at least one operator has approved your company and your user account on the PRISMA Platform. Depending on your selection during the registration you will either have one of the following type of tokens:
- Physical Token
- Mobile Token
The Physical Token is sent to you via post.
On the other hand, to use the Mobile Token, you will receive an email informing you about the steps to set it up on your mobile phone. If you did not receive a confirmation email after the registration with PRISMA, please double check that the email address you have provided during registration is correct. If you are sure that the email address is correct, please reach out our Customer Success Team.
