Once you have logged in to the platform, you may access the "User Details" page by navigating to the "Account Settings," located in the menu bar at the top of the page. 



Here, you can edit your user information and manage your email notification settings.


Apart from your user master data, the following may be configured:

  • "Copy auction/booking confirmation & secondary notifications to"

    • With this setting, you may select one of your company's configured contact email addresses to be the recipient of confirmation and secondary email notifications. 

    • If your company makes use of the PRISMA Remit reporting service, all booking confirmations and REMIT reports will be sent as a CC to the email address you select for this setting.

  • "Primary transport market email notification"

    • This setting allows you to choose to receive notifications for your favourite network points. These emails are not sent to the carbon copy address selected in the previous setting. Notifications include:

      • Opened auctions;

      • Published auctions;

      • Unsuccessful bids;

      • Bids placed during an auction

  • Secondary transport market email notification
    • Here, you may choose to be notified on new trade proposals (CFO or FCFS) at your favourite network points. These emails are not sent to the carbon copy address. Notifications for OTC trade proposals are always sent by the system.
  • Storage email notification

    • You may choose to receive notifications for your assigned storage operators. These emails are not sent to the carbon copy address. Notifications include:

      • Published offers;

      • Opened offers;

      • Closed offers;

      • Bid placed during an auction

  • Change Password
    • This triggers the password change process. To ensure proper security you should change your user password on a regular basis.
