The shipper admin functionality allows shippers to manage their company´s users and masterdata.
Every shipper can assign one or several admins. The assignment of the first shipper admin done by filling in Power of Attorney Form and sending it stamped and signed together with the registry of the company as a PDF to email@example.com.
After the first assignment, the existed shipper admin can assign any existed user as a new shipper admin by filling the PoA.
A user that is appointed as a shipper admin keeps all user rights and gets additional shipper admin rights on top.
After being approved by the the PRISMA user-helpdesk a shipper admin will see an additional menu item next to “Platform settings” called “Shipper admin”.
From this tab a shipper admin will be able to:
- User Overview:
- Access an overview of all the company’s users
- Access the details of all the company’s users
- Edit the master data of all the company’s users
- Deactivate users of the company
- Register new users for the company
- Company Data:
- Edit the master data of the company
- Assign operators
- Premium Services
- Activation/deactivation of the premium services
- Change of the premium services
The "User overview" section shows all the company’s users as well as all the company’s admin users. From this page you can also register new users and deactivate current users.

The user overview table consists of the following columns:
- Admin - black icon is shown to indicate admin(s)
- First name, last name
- Email - user login email
- Status - shows aggregated bar with statuses of “user-to-TSO” assignments
- Last login – when the user last logged in to the platform. If “not available” is shown, then the user has not logged-in since the release of the functionality on 04 May 2017.
PDF and CSV exports of the user overview table are also available at the bottom right of the page.
The Status column shows an aggregated bar with the statuses of “user-to-TSO” assignments.
New User Registration
If you would like to register a new user, click the "Register new user" button at the top right of the "User Overview" section. You will be taken to a page where you can input the details of the new user you wish to register.
After filling in all the fields, and deciding whether to use a physical or mobile token, click "Next step" to be taken to the next page, where you can search for operators for which the new user would like to be activated. After selecting the desired operators, you must accept each operator's GTCs. Below the tick box for the GTCs, you have the option to automatically transfer the company and new user data to the TSO's responsible market area operator. The selected TSO(s) may require additional documents. These will be listed at the bottom of the page, under "Further Documents."
If you want to deactivate a current user, you can do so from the "User overview" page. To do this, click on the "Details" button for the given user. This will take you to a page displaying the user's details. To deactivate the user, click the "Deactivate" button at the top right of the page.
Clicking the "Deactivate" button will bring up a dialogue box asking you to confirm the deactivation of the user.
From the “Company data” view the shipper admin can see and edit all company data besides company name, EIC, DVGW and VAT numbers. For these fields, Form 2: Change of Company Name, VAT, EIC or DVGW will still be used. In addition to the company information, an overview of all “Assigned operators” is also available.
This view shows the status of the different operator assignments your company has on the platform.
