PRISMA REMIT Reporting - Business Information

Overview

The PRISMA REMIT Reporting service lets you generate the reports on secondary market transactions that are required by ACER  automatically, directly from the PRISMA Platform. The service covers all secondary trades that have been concluded on PRISMA, and it can also be used for external trades that took place outside the platform so you have a single, consistent reporting workflow for your entire secondary market activity.

The service helps you save time and reduces the risk of mistakes that can occur when reports are prepared manually.

The Four Reporting Models

When you subscribe, you choose one of the following four reporting models, depending on how you would like the reports to be delivered and to whom:

  1. PRISMA reports directly to ACER: we submit the report straight to ACER on your behalf, with no further action from your side.
  2. PRISMA reports only to you: we generate the report and send it to you, so you can review and submit it yourself.
  3. PRISMA reports to you and to ACER: we submit the report to ACER and provide you with a copy at the same time, for your records.
  4. PRISMA reports to you, with the EIC of your designated RRM pre-filled: we generate the report with the EIC code of your designated Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM) already populated, ready for onward submission through that RRM.

 

You can only choose one of the four models per subscription.


Pricing

The PRISMA REMIT Reporting service is available at a fee of €3,000.00 per year, regardless of the reporting model you select.

How to Subscribe

To activate the service, please complete the following steps:

  1. Review the General Terms and Conditions.
    Read through our General Terms and Conditions of the service to confirm the details that apply to your subscription.
  2. Complete the order form.
    Fill out the REMIT order form and indicate the reporting model you would like to use.
  3. Complete the SEPA mandate.
    Fill out PRISMA's SEPA mandate so that the annual fee can be processed smoothly.
  4. Send both forms to our Customer Success team at helpdesk@prisma-capacity.eu.

Once we receive your documents, the Customer Success team will set up the service and confirm activation back to you.
